When I’m not doing NaBloPoMo, and I finish writing a post fifteen minutes after the official transition to the new day, I back-time my post to 23:59 and post it. During NaBloPoMo, I’d be really tempted to do the same thing. “One post every period between sleeps” seems like a fairer definition!
